It seems that DnD works with files and the launcher in "always show"
mode. Probably this is a problem with the auto-hide function of the

This also affects me when using Unity 3D (well, I think I'm using Unity
3D - is there an easy, or difficult, way to tell?).
I'm using an nVidia graphics card with two displays connected, if that

my HD when suddenly the computer crashed and X disappeared and I was

GNOME Classic. Workaround is to install compiz but that is not a gooed
fix. According to System Settings, ALT+TAB is assigned for switchting
windows but without effect. Please fix this or tell me how to fix i
