SSID here that are WPA2 encrypted but on different channels. Those
affected go into a roam loop. When they connect to a non-WPA2 single

I was wrong. Upgrading to 3.3.7 DIDN'T fixed it for me. Another freeze.
Coincidentally I was using VirtualBox at that time.
It looks to me like an IO lock-up. I noticed that it doesn't freeze
completely immediately. It takes a few minutes before the total freeze.

After my last aptitude full-upgrade I got a broken compiz, where the
application switcher looked like the old version (with gray background
and really small icons).
I reinstalled the compiz, unity, ubuntu-desktop, fglrx packages and the
problem wasn't solved.

The reason why I believe this is a gnome-shell bug and not an Nvidia bug
is because this problem did not occur for me under Ubuntu 10.10, and
only began after I upgraded to Ubuntu 12.04, while the Nvidia dialog
appears to be largely unchanged.
