I recently upgraded to Ubuntu 12.10 (64bit) and I've run into a problem with
the wireless connection. It connects as normal but after a brief time (1 minute
at max) it looks like I'm not connected any more. Pages in Chromium stop

1) Hard is now a lot easier (either that or I've gotten a lot better, but I
don't think so)
2) It locks up almost every single game. In fact, I have yet to finish a game

Have had this problem for a year or so now, so it affected versions
11.10, 12.04, 12.10. I've installed s2disk, which at least lets the
computer complete the hibernation, but the system hangs during the
'resuming from disk' splash screen.

As described above. Since an upgrade to Ubuntu 12.10 I haven't got an
integration of evolution to the message indicator. Under 12.04. there
has been a package evolution-indicator. This one is missing under 12.10.

I was not able to reproduce this in 12.10. There are some different
comments here about 12.04. Are you running gdm or lightdm? I wonder if
this is a duplicate of bug #1064388?
