NetworkManager restarts dnsmasq and adds
Yes. It is a commit that adds a special hid driver for this hardware.
Before that commit, when the bug is not present, the generic hid driver
is used.
So, it's quite possible that the new driver never worked correctly on
USB3 hardware.
I'd like to see a confirmation from somebody on this bug
