Yes, I did have two gmail labels:
[Gmail]/Sent Mail
[GMail]/Sent Mail
Note: both labels were different from the Sent Mail folder.
I have no idea where they come from. I can only surmise that in my endless
search for a good email client, one of them glitched and created those.
