I've just installed a HP Microserver (N40L) with the latest installer
from precise-updates/main/installer-amd64/20101020ubuntu136.9/images
/quantal-netboot. The installer fails to activate the raid, so I had to
drop into a shell, write dmraid -ay, to continue the installation.
After the install,
I confirm this bug on a freshly installed Ubuntu 12.04.2. However, it
does not appear on an apparently similarly configured (yet older,
probably installed as a 12.04.1) machine.

However, performing the rate limiting in the kernel using firewall rules
can be more efficient and not require any BIND patches.

I am also facing same issue... but #24 fix that problem. But this is
workaround.
In my case i tried to install system with preseed, and i tried #24 run
as late_command. But it doesn't work.
d-i preseed/late_command string in-target cp -rf
/target/usr/share/grub/*.pf2 /target/boot/grub; in-target

Regression: r3751 causes all unmaxed windows to shrink both
Upgraded from 10.4 LTS to 12.04LTS; kernels versions 2.6 to 3.2. System
has two 1T disks in RAID1, boots from RAID volume. This setup worked
perfectly. After upgrade, system won't boot, defaults to
busybox/initramfs; mentioning a faild RAID system. Option to continue
with degraded RAID is

I have installed Ubuntu 12.04(64bit) on my Sony vaio Ultrabook. Everything goes
well, but sometimes the usb devices could not be recognized.
And the command lsusb could display the device.And this is some detailed
information I think

This bugreport is still valid, I can confirm it in our setup of LTSP
server (two load balanced servers, ldap/nis users (about 4000)): Ubuntu
12.04.2 LTS.
Since we don't use local apps (yet), we just rename X01-localapps to
x01-localapps skipping it's use.

Details on the time delay when user logs in:
On Alix hardware it's 4-5 minutes.
On Zotac hardware it's one minute.

Playing with GPS coordinates if you do 43,271815-43,27181 on a cell it
gives 0,05 exact but if you take that result for another cell and
