Hi,
I've got a Compaq Presario B1207, and met the problem a few days ago.
(Fresh Ubuntu 13.04 install)
I've tried to upgrade to 3.9.0 stable from the PPA sources
(http://kernel.ubuntu.com/~kernel-ppa/mainline/), but no luck till now.
I didn't got to the point where I could test the pm functions.
I ran this:
# ps aux | grep dhcp
dhcpd10556 0.0 0.1 19128 1100 ?Ss Sep14 0:02
/usr/sbin/dhcpd -f -q -4 -pf /run/maas/dhcp/dhcpd.pid -cf /etc/maas/dhcpd.conf

So, I'm going to attach the leases file. Maybe that will help.
