I upgraded to r132 then installed this package manually, and rebooted. I
then dialed voicemail a couple of times and put my PIN in as fast as I
could and it worked great. For my purposes, this bug is resolved, but
I'll let others decide to close dialer-app and ofono. Thanks!

I installed the recent Linux Mint and the recent Xubuntu 13.10, I'm
running 3.11.0-15-generic on a netbook and this problem still exists!
I have no experience with compiling a new Kernel or anything like that.
I can temporarily fix the problem with the commands
sudo modprobe -r psmouse
sudo
That kernel works fine.

I am still seeing this issue running Ubuntu 12.04. I am using the xfce
login (xscreensaver, not gnome-screensaver).
