Public bug reported:
In 14.04, daily update, ubuntu-bug works, but generates a warning and an
error:

** (apport-gtk:5077): WARNING **: Couldn't connect to accessibility bus:
Failed to connect to socket /tmp/dbus-SSzqbRiGrU: Connection refused
(process:5508): GLib-CRITICAL
Probably the same cause as bug 1293704, no?
I am trying to find a solution to the other bug, please try again once
we have solved that one. If the issue persists please comment here.

Public bug reported:
Several people reported an issue when the device sometimes stops
accepting some of the files ubuntu-device-flash is trying to push.
An unhelpful cannot push foo is printed, and the tool exits. It's not
obvious what's the reason, or the solution.
ProblemType: Bug
** Description changed:
When a window is open periodically horizontal corruption occurs on all
the screens in this 3 monitor setup. I also see corruption more like a
static in the shadow background on the game Kerbal Space Program.
The hardware config is three Samsung SynMaster XL2370
A workaround system-image-cli -b0 -v on the device still works when
that happens.
