32-bit. The only difference with Plantronics 648 is model ID that is
c012. Looks like the above solution works for 64-bit, but not for

In im-config, changing input method from ibus to xim solved my problem.
By just killing ibus the dead accent keys for ä or ^ for ê stopped
working in gnome applications.

This is occurring on 14.04 as well. Same error, but setting
NEED_GSSD=yes doesn't remove the delay. Had to blacklist the module.

The problem comes from dpm and Radeon HD4350 graphic card.
Unable to continue the Git process, I fixed the issue by adding a parameter in
Grub.
GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX=radeon.dpm=0
