That's what happens though. If you use an app that rotates you can still
rotate it in the spread because it's not suspended. Not sure why
grooveshark stops playing though. Unfortunately I don't have grooveshark

Please can this bug be reconsidered. I am using image r185 and the panel
(now) shows a filled monochrome battery icon whereas the system
settings still show a green filled battery icon.
Regardless of whether the panel and system setting being dynamic,, they
should be consistent (in-sync).
Alright, I'm preparing to propose a fix/workaround in Mir. Although
sadly that won't do us any good if Unity8 still takes a second or so to
respond to wakeup. My Mir solution depends on all clients (and nested
servers like Unity8) responding to wakeup and providing a new frame (the
greeter) in

I'm on Utopic development version (i. e. 14.10) and there is no way to
get network back on automatically after hibernate! (suspend often caused
my machine to hard-lock so I can only use hibernate in my case)
It's a shame everyone ignores us, saying this is of minor importance.
Even with flight mode enabled (= cellular radio power is OFF), the RIL
API delivers a proper state SIM is present and usable - but oFono does
not ask for that information, and thus does not do any internal SIM-
related initialization.
oFono's RIL plugin (ofono/plugins/ril.c) only calls function

I have installed blueproximity in Ubuntu 14.04. It installed without a
problem. When I tried to start it nothing happened. No GUI comes up,
no error message, no crash report, nothing. I manually triggered this
report.
I have all updates installed. Bluetooth working
An idea I've had is to have the notification area act slightly similarly
to an app. For example if you have a busy gmail account and are trying
to watch a movie you don't to be interrupted by it. The possible
solution would be to be able to click on the app you had open and have
