Still a problem on 14.04 using MATE desktop on HP d330, CPU usage is
75%. I know its an old machine but I maintain 24 of them for

I'm not so sure this is a bug, and I need to revisit the bug report.
I've checked out the headers within the MP3 files (something like):
od -a track.mp3 | head -50
This shows that some of the tracks do contain the wrong information;
however, file (track.mp3) hasn't been

fixed entirely in the 0.8 series before the 0.8.0 release).

I ran the service apache2 reload command and it executed without
warnings. However, the apache configuration was not reloaded.
The command service apache2 restart does (loudly) fail when not run as
sudo.
