Judging from the kernel bug thread, this might be resolved in in drm-

I've used the wl driver with the current kernel. After installing and
switching to b43 I'm able to connect, but the connection gets lost after

$HOME/.local/share/applications/virt-manager.desktop overrides the
system .desktop file, and is pointing to an old file which the new
package does not provide. That is why it appears to now do nothing.
(Whether Unity should provide better feedback about that is an

the on_poweroffdestroy/on_poweroff is ok - destroy simply means the
domain is destroyed, not undefined.

Roughly three years later and still we are having the same issues with MythTV
Backend / Upstart. Myth is now at version 0.27.4 and Ubuntu is at 13.10 (Saucy
Salamander) and 14.04 (Trusty Tahr)

Looking at the source code, the functions being called by cmdDefine
versus cmdCreate make it quite clear that create makes non-persistent
domains.
So this should be fixed in the documentation.

About power management settings being ignored, please ask on the forum
of Ubuntu (or the distro you are using) or open a new bug. It should be
unrelated to this bug, you just never saw this problem because you were
never able to hibernate at all.
That hibernate fails, is yet another different
Still happens on 14.04. The issue seems to be the way the launcher works
on the 2nd screen.

I've now tried the single node cloud-installer option on 2 different
machines.One an 8 core amd w/32GB ram and the other an Intel Haswell
i7 with 32GB ram.

Following upgrade from Trusty to Utopic, tried to start an existing (and
working under Trusty) VM. VM window appears but after a few seconds
silently disappears, and virtualbox UI shows VM status as aborted.
