Detect and mount CD-ROM; the elements of the installer menu are meant
to be run somewhat in the same order as they appear, so on a standard
install, the CD-ROM will be mounted before the preseed file is attempted

I found what I think is this bug in a system installed from the Lubuntu
Vivid alternate 32-bit daily iso file.

I have the same misbehaviour with kernel 3.19.0-7-generic on Ubuntu
15.04. Synclient -l shows that the ClickPad is activated - but it
doesn't react.

squashed on playback.
Steps to reproduce.
- Set rotation lock on
- record a video in the camera app while holding the phone in landscape
mode).

I found that the workaround from the original 1310058 report (to fix
ecryptfs-setup-swap) did the job for me.
But indeed, that would also point the way to the permanent fix!

Sorry it took so long but I had to reinstall due to an unrelated
problem. The reinstall didn't make any difference to this problem
though. I also tested Windows 8 with dual screens, just to rule out the
monitor(s) and it worked fine in Windows 8.
