TL;DR: NetworkManager requires pppoe package, which was not installed
by default in Lubuntu 15.04.
I tried using Network Manager (nm-applet) to configure a PPPoE connection. I
can create the connection, but trying to connect to it fails.

it seems it looses connection somehow when the message pops up the
keyboard is listed as unknown if i turn keyboard / off / on again it
works , but these messages still pop up if the keyboard is even
switched OFF

Actually this was due to the usage of python3-apparmor 2.9.0.
Installing python3-apparmor 2.9.2 fixed the issue.

I just registered to confirm this issue.
I just did a clean install of 15.04 and let Ubuntu use the entire drive. LVM
was checked and encrypt home folder.
I did not select full disk encryption.
After setup completed, I was asked for the password of the swap partition,
which just an (enter)

Accepted usbredir into trusty-proposed. The package will build now and
be available at
https://launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/usbredir/0.6-2ubuntu1.1 in a few
hours, and then in the -proposed repository.
Please help us by testing this new package. See
this is on debian jessie: i've managed to pair it using blueman, or at
least it looked like that, but it did not move my pointer... :/
