Hi,
I'm experiencing this issue with version 1.6.10 of Thunar as well, on
Xubuntu 15.10 (Wily Werewolf). I cut a file from one tab, then pasted in
on another tab of Thunar, and the file manager suddenly vanished. This
happens every time.
I got a slight variation of the error message:

15.10 (daily 10.09.2015) is completely hashed. It is unusable on Lenovo m58p
(intel q43/45).
Since it is getting worse I don't think that this bug will be fixed soon. Maybe
the solution is to switch to different flavor/distro.
The issue may be fixed when Ubuntu switch to Mir and Unity 8. Until
I'll work on getting this SRU'ed to the appropriate releases. Could you
please share your test-case for reproducing this issue?

I noticed a battery drain on my mako OTA6 recently. Looking at the
Terminal app, initctl was taking 100% CPU. It wasn't slowing down my
general experience like bug 1480877 does, because dbus wasn't affected.
It was just draining the battery.

libdpkg-perl is already a dependency of debhelper, so I didn't have any
objections in adding it to dh-python (which extends debhelper).
The problem is python3 package depends on dh-python - that's because
dh_python3 script was provided by python3 package in the past and not
all source packages

kernels past 3.14.51 (I've tested 4.2.0-040200 and it still doesn't
resume). When attempting to resume, the hard drive spins up, the
