[Bug 1549942] Re: php-imagick failing autopkgtests
Hi Nish, >- d/tests/control: limit imagemagick to 1 thread to avoid openmp > related segfaults. This implies that php-imagick doesn't work correctly unless MAGICK_THREAD_LIMIT=1 is set; which clearly will not be the case out of the box. So I don't consider this a valid workaround for test failures, as it implies the code will still segfault in production. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1549942 Title: php-imagick failing autopkgtests To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/imagemagick/+bug/1549942/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1553483] Re: Can't install 'xubuntu-core'
To verify that the "libsexy" problem was still there I restored my pre- upgrade situation and ran "sudo update-manager -d" again: the libsexy problem was still there. Step 4 "Installing the upgrades" started alright but at about 2/3, shortly after the question whether or not /etc/udev/udev.conf should be replaces the screen went black and the keyboard went dead. [Bug 1548083] Re: Xenial kernels hang on boot
On friday I had to reboot.. and before that I somehow accidentally removed the 3.19 kernel. With no bootable kernel available I reinstalled xenial onto / and got a 4.4 kernel. Now everything is normal again. So given that the kernel and initrd did not change I must have had something in my previous install.. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1548083 Title: Xenial kernels hang on boot To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/linux/+bug/1548083/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1553713] [NEW] First visit to location-using site results in two dialogs
Public bug reported: Ubuntu 15.04 r270 0. Flash the phone. 1. Launch the Browser. 2. Go to maps.google.com. 3. Tap “Allow”. What happens: 2. A dialog appears, “Permission Request” “This page wants to use your device’s location.” Deny / Allow 3. A dialog appears, “Browser wants to access your current location.” Allow / Don’t Allow What should happen: Only one dialog appears. Two is ridiculous, especially given their visual differences. Possible ways to solve this bug: * The Browser should something that isn’t a dialog for site-specific permissions, like Firefox does. (This would also have the benefit that a background tab couldn’t steal focus with a permission dialog.) * The Browser should have every permission by default, on the understanding that it can be trusted to ask per-site. * trust-store should let any app split permissions into zones granted independently, and Browser should have one zone per Web site. ** Affects: webbrowser-app (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1553713 Title: First visit to location-using site results in two dialogs To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/webbrowser-app/+bug/1553713/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs

[Bug 1551283] Re: "Region & Language" settings should allow you to set keyboard input method system
> With those changes, im-config (and gnome-language-selector) will default to IBus in Ubuntu GNOME. Hi, I've tested the packages from the PPA under Xenial's gnome-flashback, and now I got ibus running by default. And it again breaks keyboard layout switching with the default Win+Space, so I can't type in Greek (LP: #1481025). Why can't im-config default to ibus in locales that need it, and to None in locales that don't need it, as it did in previous Ubuntu releases? Apart from the serious problems that it's causing, it's also wasting a lot of MB RAM per user, which is completely unacceptable for multi-user systems like LTSP. -- You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Bugs, which is subscribed to Ubuntu. https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/1551283 Title: "Region & Language" settings should allow you to set keyboard input method system To manage notifications about this bug go to: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu-gnome/+bug/1551283/+subscriptions -- ubuntu-bugs mailing list ubuntu-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/ubuntu-bugs
