I looked into this a bit more. I have two drives which both had EFI
partitions on them . However one of the EFI partitions was empty and was
actually unused. I deleted the empty EFI the partition and I didn't get
this bug and partition manager stopped crashing.

creator, I have always been asked for a password until today. So it is a
surprise and, as would probably anyone, would suspect it as a security

yeah, thanks for spotting that.. chmod u+x .gnupg/private-keys-v1.d
fixed it. Must've done a hasty chmod 600 at some point in the past!

The xorg.conf.d configuration files are applied one after the other, so
your edits to 10-evdev.conf should be unnecessary (since the settings
from your 50-huion.conf file will be applied after it). I would suggest
filing a bug with linuxwacom (on Sourceforge) indicating that Huion
tablets are not
