Let me rephrase after having understood this bug properly. We currently
do display the name (as set in the first-use wizard) on the tablet, not
yet on the phone - but we'll be converging the two in the coming months.
So we're still missing a way to set it in the settings app, but also

When running in windowed mode with a mouse/keyboard the tablet or phone
becomes the PC. For this use case it would be useful to have a separate
setting to control inactivity timeout when plugged in.
