Following the guide on https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Kernel/MainlineBuilds I
have installed kernel 4.7.0-040700-generic. The system has currently
been up for 3 days and 5 hours (suspended multiple times) without
freezing. I've not installed Chrome yet.
