doesn't work the same way on ppc64el. It might take a while for me to

case this is not on a fresh install but on an update from Kubuntu 16.04

Doing a recursive grep under /usr, the only file containing this
particular URL is /usr/lib/firefox/ubuntumate.cfg, shipped by the
ubuntu-mate-default-settings package.
Attempting to purge this package says it'll install debian-mate-default-

It's better now -- in my local QEMU test the last output is now
