This may help someone. I fixed a consistent login loop by moving 52
.tif files (127MB) from the desktop into a subfolder. The desktop still
has 30 .gif and .jpg files but seems okay.

I hade a chance to test the tablet connected to a TV via HDMI cable. I

We were seeing this on a fresh Ubuntu 16.04 64-bit installation using
fixed IP addresses and automounter for NFS drives. The suggestion #7
seems to fix it for use, but it would be useful to know just what is

The "I don't give a sh.."-attitude displayed here towards a regression
is shocking. Why do I even bother to test?
The regression is apparently much more severe to obot. I can no longer
take a snapshot of my btrfs filesystem.
$ sudo btrfs sub snapshot -r /mnt/LTS/@home/

dosfsck, or Windows' chkdsk.

1.2.15 is a somewhat larger bugfix release because I screwed up a bit with
backporting fixes: 1.2.14 was released in June, and quite a few bugs have been
fixed since then in the 1.3 series, but I never managed to release a new 1.2.y
release. See Bug #1595177 for
libradius1-dev is not available in xenial and above and libfreeradius-
client-dev needs to be used instead if check_radius is to be built.

when i booted into windows and then back to linux there was always
additional checksum error in superblock. when i was booting only to
linux then there were always errors i wrote in previous comments, but I
don't remember exact numbers
all this started because of damaged
"LXLE" is not an official Ubuntu flavor and so is not supported here.

Your disk is currently partitioned to boot in bios mode, but you booted
the 16.04 installer in EFI mode. A warning message prompted you that
this could be a problem and recommended performing a bios mode install
instead, but you chose not to. You either need to perform the bios mode
install, or
Basically I think Ubuntu Software lists things with a .desktop file,
which makes it available in Dash once installed. This needs to be
checked with some developer though.
