i was wrong with the initial thought its a duplicate of bug 1637985 with
an the apt will close as invalid since there is no thing to set it as
duplicate

- 2.) boot 17.04 installer from flash drive and have usb device plugged in (i
had a sony xperia)
- 3.) while copying files unplug device and plug back in
- 4.) observe console outputs

- expected results: device does not majorly impact install, and installed
- keeps running as should.
+ expected results: install is completed with no issues and is bootable
- actual results: console output specifies that device has been unplugged
- and keeps trying to find it and cant seem to, eventually installer

+ actual results: installer crashes and install is unusable
impact: low, small chances of user repo.

- (this bug may be invalid but due to console output it seems to be caused
