I am using Konsole to run ssh to a remote system using byobu.
The monospaced font used is Hack (hackrf v2015.07.2-6).
When I coonect and byobu has been enabled, then the a slice (1 or 2 pixel high)
in the lowest part of the font get truncated and not displayed.

IPv6/http_proxy.
1. configure your lxdbr0 network with (private) IPv4 addresses and DHCP

I checked the old bug and wondered as that got upstream in version 1.10
and Trusty onward is >=1.11 so this issue should not occur on your
Ubuntu 16.04 system with sssd 1.13.
I found in the patches linked a note that mentioned:
