Hurray, I saw Orca Settings once! But insert+space does not react
anymore. Additionally keyboard shortcuts for switching orca on/off is
not responding immediately, when screen is read.
Where does orca log to? I did not see logs in var/log...

Using Cascardo's kernel fixes the problem for me.
It was a bit of a hassle to install though because there's no linux-
headers-4.4.0-62_4.4.0-62.83_all.deb at the link and linux-headers-
generic depends on it.
Here's where to find it:
amd64:
Bug is not fixed in Ubuntu 12.04.5 LTS Precise Pangolin.
Can't use twitter.com, facebook.com, vk.com and other sites.
Still need official fix from Canonical and/or Mozilla.

we had a couple of failed tests in our internal test suite.
