I was able to access the display settings by reseting the KDE configuration.
1) Remove (don't forget to backup) folders ~/.kde, ~/.local and ~/.config .
Removing all of them is necessary :-(
2) Reboot (log out is not enough)
3) Start the display setting :-)
4) Copy configurations of selected apps
S-video works by 4.8 based Yakkety kernel.
