When a Nautilus window is open, Ctrl+N opens a new window that shows the
same folder as the focused Nautilus window.

The removal was intentional. In fact it was supposed to be removed from
the exported headers in 4.2 but a mistake was made, and this was just
now fixed in 4.12. The justification is in the original commit message.
The new restricted packages do provide ffmpeg, but the package isn't
called ffmpeg (libav) for a legacy reason. I believe this is fixed.
