Since I updated to 17.10 I can't open several PDFs at the same time in
different tabs by selecting them in a folder. Qpdfview opens with only
one of them. When this happens, I have to reselect all the files again
and that's how I get them in tabs, but I have to do the process
Success! Applying the attached Diff keeps gnome-shell working for Xorg,
still makes these shader compilation errors going away. More of this

This Diff is not a solution, of course, but it should narrow down the
problematic area a lot.

I'm seeing this issue as well. I can also confirm that copying doesn't
work when Terminal is opened by right-clicking the desktop and selecting
Open Terminal, but DOES work when I've opened it by other means.
