Are there any real reason for not adding http2 in Ubuntu?
Apache tells us, that the http2 feature is **not** experimental any
more. We do not want to rely on some 3rd party PPAs or building
bug 1745070 should be duplicate of this bug. I already send this bug

I've no problems running 4.13.0-25-generic on my XPS 13 with Ubuntu
17.10
I first noticed the freeze during boot after an upgrade to
4.13.0-30-generic. Updates to
4.13.0-31-generic and just now to
4.13.0-32-generic (4.13.0-32.35) did not help to fix the problem.

xbacklight stopped working just now after an 'apt updgrade'. Ubuntu 16.04.3,
Dell XPS-13.

In order to not break ibus-libzhuyin and fcitx-zhuyin, I have built
libpinyin 2.1.0 in the PPA and then excluded the libzhuyin13 and
libzhuyin-dev binaries.

thanks for the ping.
I think we agreed back then that the config itself is a Ubuntu wide
thing - but I haven't seen any discussions on procps or in general to
lift it. But then as I outlined in comment #7 any limit can be too low.
