(And pulling the power cord on my laptop doesn't reboot or even shutdown
the computer, so I don't think it's a good comparison. Holding the power
button down for ten seconds is a better comparison, but it's still not a
good one because reboot acts immediately, not after you confirm it by
typing it

I think we need to handle this via removal of the resolvconf package on
upgrade. Removal (not purge) seems to be sufficient.
Dimitri, is there any remaining reason for systemd to not conflict: with
resolvconf?

Doesn't the shutdown icon warn you if there are other users logged in
who might lose work? So shouldn't the reboot command do the same thing
if you are not root?

Public bug reported:
Sorry, a problem occurred while installing software. Package:
libaprutil1:amd64 1.5.4-1build1
ProblemType: Package
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.04
Package: libaprutil1-dbd-sqlite3:amd64 1.5.
The tarball appears to have different contents than the git tree:
- The README.md file is missing entirely
What's left over isn't ideal:
- The README.html file still claims to be json-c
- The README is entirely blank
I'm not excited that the files in our package are still claiming to be
json-c,
snapd-glib 1.39-0ubuntu1 has the change. I did manage to make a test
program that left a lot of file descriptors, but still haven't managed
to get GNOME Software to do the same thing by using it. Hopefully it
will fix it!
