I can confirm what Sebastien proposed. Installing libblockdev-crypto2 and
restarting the udisks2.service did the trick.
Also it maybe worth mention that in my case the installation of Ubuntu
18.04(beta2) performed with the new "minimal installation" option.

I'm having trouble building static qemu from git. I did `./configure
--static --enable-debug` and get the following error:

Hi Sebastien, yeah actually I did it right after reporting this bug.
Installing libblockdev-crypto2 and restarting udisks2 service made it
work!
Do you think we should categorize this under udisks2?

I can report the following:
- Export of a lubuntu-18.04 VM running in VB in a 32bit host with HD.
This VM does not show the delay of about 30sec.
- Import of this VM into VB on the 64bit host with SSD; on this host all
64bit lubuntu-18.04 VMs show the 30 sec delay.
