I am seeing this in Ubuntu 18.04 when using the GUI to print from many
applications (gnome pdf viewer, Chrome, etc), but, when printing from

i have recently purchased an asus rog gl504gm and i have dual booted it
with ubuntu . but as soon as i dual booted it i started facing a lot of
problems with the display resolution as well as trackpad recognition

Why not? It's a legitimate bugfix release of the LLVM 6.0 branch, which
Ubuntu 18.04 claims to use, not a backport. Also, quote: This release is
API and ABI compatible with 6.0.0.
We are really going to be stuck with this in an LTS(!) until 2020?

Nvidia NVHDA Sound works only with a PATCH!
NVHDA does not persist after Suspend or Hibernating (my System Fully
Supports BOTH)
I have workarounds
and WOW Good News My Myriad of acpi 3400 errors are gone !
but this all seems ACPI related to HDMI and NVHDA
logs show a LOT LESS errors than
I just upgraded from 18.04 to 18.10, and the problem is still there for
me.

Desktop briefly becomes unresponsive when typing on 2

When pressing "т" key on russian keyboard layout (on EN layout "т"
corresponds to "n"), nothing happens. On EN layout it "swith to next
unread message". Very inconvenient to constantly change layouts.

Sorry about that, I uploaded a backport which doesn't work, but I fixed
that now with another backport which should be SRU'able to bionic, I
hope. It's the same version as in cosmic, should be built soon.
