I have this, too, on a Raspberry Pi 3 with arm64 Ubuntu. However, I've

Still a problem in 19.04. Made a /boot and / but / was on top of an
encrypted LUKS partition. One time, the system installed but never asked
for a password on boot. So I tried again and it wouldn't even install.

I had libgegl-0.4-0 from Otto's PPA that was claiming to be newer than
the version in Disco. I used Synaptic to force downgrade to the Disco
version, now everything works fine. It could be this or you have an old
version of libgegl in /usr/local/bin from another install.

As stated in the title of the bug, every time I resume from suspend, the
wallpaper turns into a static picture. This can be somewhat alleviated
by switching the wallpaper, but the previous wallpaper is unusable until

Hi again folks, sadly, in comment #93 I was mistaken. Reverting gnome-
shell-extension-ubuntu-dock does not fix the issue. It appeared to work
on one machine, once, and in my haste I reported the downgrade as a
possible workaround. This is not correct, and I apologise if I got your
hopes up.

I can confirm that Benjamin has solved the issue for us with comment
#89. I too was a user of the Workspace Grid extension. It doesn't start
at all in Dingo, and is greyed out in gnome-tweaks. I removed the plugin
through extensions.gnome.org and restarted, and now everything is
working.
