It is just like a magic! Tajik (Тоҷикӣ) is now listed among the other
languages to start Ubuntu installation or trial from the very first
screen when you insert a CD/DVD or use an ISO image.
However, it seems to be there is an error with encoding to correctly
show all Tajik characters. In the

issue. Some Tajik characters are missing. For example, "Саниши офиза"

I've managed to reproduce in 4.4, 4.15, 5.4 (all from Ubuntu releases)
and 5.7-rc4-next; also, I think bare-metal usually doesn't reproduce.
Seems like a live-lock situation, I'll attach some calltraces I gathered using
sysrqs.

I think it would be resolved by updating this file in the ubuntu server,
with adding an entry for 20.04:

The most recent entry is for bionic at this moment.
