also fail to install firmware updates, such that these things can get
tested properly.

We have this test disabled intentionally in the past because of the lack of
commit 27d53323664c54 "l2tp: remove skb_dst_set() from l2tp_xmit_skb()" in our
kernels.
The way we disable it is to override the executable state with our
autotest-client-test suite [1],
I had the same problem.
The issue was an outdated locally installed version of python3.

An interesting observation I made is that all journal logs (in this LP
bug and the upstream systemd bug) show the "polkit.service: Unexpected
error response from GetNameOwner(): Connection terminated" message, in
addition to a bunch of other "Connection terminated" errors from
changing services
I'm still seeing this on most laptops I test impish on.

bug that started in 21.04.
