I know the bug is old, but I'm on a cleanup streak :-)
This wasn't (isn't anymore at least) in the source this was filed against.
It was in a transitional package up to xenial.

And there removed by
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/open-iscsi/+bug/1546877
open-iscsi itself is free of this type ( I rechecked) so we can consider this
one resolved.
