I have a notebook (Asus Z99Le) where I sometimes test Ubuntu 8.10 but
unfortunately it is not easy to create md-raid1 there as it has only one
HDD. It would be inconvenient to attach one more drive on the same

We had thought the bug was solved by a simple resolve modification:
I went to my /etc/samba/smb.conf file and uncommented and changed this line:
name resolve order = lmhosts host wins bcast

The problem is that when i use my USB Headset in Firefox i can't hear

I got this crash during gnome loading. I see users are seeing this when opening
an appearance app (sreensavers, anything that gnome appearance settings is in
control of).

I have a problem similar to wht has been reported with mysql ODBC
access : immediate crash of OpenOffice Base when trying to query a

I have the same graphic chipset, there is still no decent driver for it.
