Yes, this is a bug in Ubuntu-Mono. The fix would be to include the

I got the same problem when upgrading from Karmic to Lucid.
I can reliably reproduce the problem by debugging a program with DDD, and
right-clicking on a variable in the data window.
The pointer get's stuck in the data window, and no gnome window manager
shortcuts work.

BTW, I used to get this same informational message when logging into KDE
after upgrading to the Beta of Lucid. I haven't seen that instance of
the message in a few days though.
