Hmm, I have no file named /etc/resolvconf/run/interface/NetworkManager ... (the directory /etc/resolvconf/run/interface exists though). /etc/resolv.conf is a symlink to file /etc/resolvconf/run/resolv.conf and that file only contains the comment lines, but not even a single "nameserver" line.
