After a clean Ubuntu OS install, Ubuntu-Software do not open after (sudo
apt-get update) command line.
I had tried the next command line and nothing has fix the issues:

With Chrome Version 58.0.3029.81 (64-bit):

Hmm, mutter will depend on gnome-settings-daemon (LP: #1561706) but
budgie-core depends on libmutter not mutter. So I guess someone should
investigate this further.
