Problem was created vanilla ubuntu 19.10 kernel and release level qemu
and libguestfs-tools. I tried a few different qcows and the result was
the same. See attached for complete debug output.

rs6000: Fix infinite loop building ghostscript and icu
To clarify what just happened:
nginx should serve on IPv6 by default, just as IPv6 is available on
Ubuntu by default. The previous upload broke this, so this revert
restores it. Thank you to all who participated in the discussion.
The default nginx configuration will fail if IPv6 is disabled, as
Thx, jre and jdk landed in xenial partner release pocket and bionic
partner release pocket.

This new version of ec2-instance-connect is significantly better, thanks

I was wrong about the dedicated user: using the ec2-instance-connect

Also happening to me. I uninstalled GIMP 2.10 via snap, as it was
crashing when I tried to start it. Then get a similar error when
attempting to install again.

I am looking into enabling EEM with g_ether by module option use_eem=1,
and g_ether won't be loaded because it has no EEM support compiled.
Expected: EEM is compiled with g_ether (no such option for g_cdc) so
that it can be enabled by use_eem=1.
