I installed Ubuntu 18.04.3 when I finally changed over from gatescrap.
However, I have yet to be able to burn a cd or dvd, which I use a lot. I
have the linux version of DVDStyler 3.1, but am unable to get it to
burn. I hope this workaround on permissions works or I may have to put
Windows back on

OK. I'm running Ubuntu under Wayland now, and after the laptop wakes up,
the mouse cursor tracks -really- quickly on the trackpad and I lose
multitouch and right-click. I can still mouse-around and click, but no
more context menus or two-finger scrolling. A restart fixes it. I guess
it runs deeper
What is the pulseaudio version on your machine? Please upgrade the
pulesaudio to ubuntu3.3 version and redo the test.

It's completely random. Works most days but fails once or twice a week.

And yes reinstalling fonts-noto-color-emoji fixes the problem every

Upstream just merged the patch, and I changed the description on the
commits for ubuntu-focal and ubuntu branch, pushed them to ubuntu
pulseaudio repo.

I can reproduce the systemd eoan/i386 autopkgtest failure locally - this

Observed Behavior: Removes all kernels except running kernel. Well, itat least
warns before removing the running kerne
It looks like your nic changed name after the reboot. I don't know why
that would happen.
