Same happens to me.
I'm using http proxy without authentification.
It seems as if it is related to yahoo and msn accounts, as it only segfaults if
one of these changes to online.

I also tried using Xorg -configure. The resulting file did explictly
specify Driver radeon but no video mode and behaved the same as with
xorg.conf given from installer.

After adding initrd entries to menu.lst - which have been there for all old
hardy kernel entries but none of the initrepid kernels - booting is fine again.
Although update-grub has been run several times before, e.g. when reinstallting
kernels, it did not change menu.lst accordingly. Now back in
I just found the initrd entries missing in the generated grub menu.lst
and testing in qemu works so far.

I installed Ubuntu Hardy with full disk encryption combining md-raid +
crypto-fs (1) which worked fine also when upgrading ubuntu hardy kernels. (this
has been configured using hardy installation utility.)
Now I upgraded to intrepid using adept-manager and the system
I used qemu and a hardy live cd to boot grub and the new 2.6.27 kernel. Please
find the log attached.
It does not hint any access to md-raid.

I've just compiled and installed alltray ppa1 for gutsy and it does not
work for me if i click on the window title. There is still this weird
icon in the systray which does not interact with the acutal window. I
tried using thunderbird and firefox.

It works for me but I'm pretty sure that there are still some bugs around I
somehow missed, so better somebody else looks over it before

Before standby, md-softraid sync speed is 75-100MB/sec . After standby, it is
down at 6-8MB/sec, sometimes even lower.
Slow harddisk datarate also affects the X applications which are notably less
responsive and sometimes loose keys entered.

It is hard to attach a file kile does not write to disk. The error
happens after changeing the file, so its probably caused by the change

Same problem for me, also happens with _some_ ogg files. The solution
did not work for me.

I've just experienced another hang. Like last time, Xorg consumed 100% cpu ,
mouse cursor was still movable and amarok continued playing creakly.
Like last time, the hang occured in exaCopyDirty but this time another method
named RADEON was involved.
I still have Intrepid installed ;)

It looks like Xorg does not use the EDID information and so guesses a
video mode which does not work on the screen though its parameters seem
to be valid.

I've updated hardy to intrepid and experience sudden X hangs. The logs say
[mi] EQ overflowing. The server is probably stuck in an infinite loop.
[mi] mieqEnequeue: out-of-order valuator event; dropping.
