I was asking myself why I haven't experienced the bug since almost 2

I have an installation of Ubuntu Maverick on a virtual machine. After
running an update in 1 August 2010, the applet would crash each and
every time I open Rhythmbox. This happens also when closing the program.

EDIT: I found out today that that behavior was actually due to an
incorrect setup of the field format, even if default setup should meet
this basic requirement on my opinion. Anyway, I am marking the bug as
invalid.

I experienced the same behavior by pasting the footnote number right *into
another footnote* .
I think this is obviously a non sense in daily use but mine was just an
experiment, it can happen by mistake as well.
