You're right. I can confirm that the runtime related refs are now
installed without any issue, however the new code seems to have problems
with downgrades. :-( Unfortunately, I am not a good in C so I cannot fix
it myself and Joaquim Rocha doesn't work on GNOME Software anymore.

It would be great if some GS dev from Canonical could fix the current
patches.

the list of installed apps in Shell Overview, the "Utilities" folder in
Shell Overview is missing (and all apps that should be in the folder are
displayed in the main list) until Ubuntu Software is opened
