As per comment 4 the binfilter has intentionally been removed upstream
(and it wont come back, good riddance).
There might be a reimplementation as part of the document liberation
project, if there are volunteers or sponsoring. But otherwise support

@Rolf: How does it make sense to add fdo#50783, which is fixed in
upstream LibreOffice 4.0, when this bug is reported against Ubuntu 14.04
(and thus LibreOffice 4.2.x)?
