On 14.04, Netowrk-Manager is fine. The problem is at dnsmasq receiving ipv6 nameservers from dbus. Tried it on 14.04 but can't reproduce (GKsu version 2.0.2). When .gksu.lock is created in my home directory, I still be able to run gksu as the 2nd time and 3rd time.
