pressing enter in the address bar does nothing after entering text, e.g.
https://google.com/[Enter] will not go to Google. Have to click the
arrow. A workaround was pressing left-arrow and then enter, but that
went away.

I am seeing it was fixed recently but Nautilus is still copying files
very slowly from SSD to SSD on a two-channel PCI-e system (although
admittedly, one side is using the SATA adapter) with 16GB DDR3, most of
