I think you might have used the wrong template. That seems like a error
reporting template specific to a single package. Please give more
details about what you are doing and what programs were right before the
crash. Also, are you using the standard Ubuntu kernel or are you using a

I am trying to open a 480MB text file (503604718 bytes to be exact) and
gedit crashes suddenly when I try to open it. My guess would be that it
is unable to handle that large of files.

This started happening right after yesterday's updates, and so I suspect
it may be related.
When I first rebooted my computer after the updates, I hit enter on
the GNOME login screen to select my account, then when I hit the second
