Nope it's not a question it's a fact, the gnome-session doesn't start correctly
at a 75% rate on my experience.

I got some new information about this bug.
First of all it does happen on more than one of my computers, it's not
an isolated problem, to be more precise, both computers have been
upgraded from a 9.10 distro.
I was able to start a terminal windows during the problem of the toolbar not
appearing
I followed the instructions at https://wiki.ubuntu.com/Backtrace and use
the method described in Already running programs since the gnome-panel
crashes at login time it can only be started before opening a terminal
to launch GDB.

sudo /sbin/agetty --keep-baud 57600 ttyUSB0 vt220
gives no luck, the line always goes back to 9600bps, but using the

sudo /sbin/agetty 57600 ttyUSB0 vt220
gives the expected
Made the test, and it's a big NOPE !
Starting manually an agetty with the 57600 option does no good, still
stuck with 9600bps.
So it's on for the agetty bug.

I booted with 'debug' in linux line in grub and issued a 'journalctl
-ab' command

I followed the upstream bug report guidelines but I can't see my report
being processed on the kernel ML, so I guess something made my report
rejected...

this much to boot.
